I wish to have a answer from the dealership why there were 82 miles put on my car?

Inspection, Emissions Testing, works package, a new battery and repair of his front brakes. Unfortunately, Mr. [redacted]'s vehicle failed the emission's testing. After doing so, we contacted Mr. [redacted] and explained that it didn't pass and we had to do a drive cycle to complete the testing. We did 3 separate cycles since the monitors that needed to be completed during the test period were not ready. After driving, we also put 5 gallons of fuel into his vehicle to replenish the fuel we used at no charge to him. To whom this may concern,In response to Mr. [redacted] (ID: [redacted]), we have attached a copy of the drive cycle procedure for Ford/Lincoln/Mercury products. Please note, this sometimes has to be repeated multiple times in order to reset all monitors to passing status for the emissions testing procedure, If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us in regards to this matter. Unfortunately, there is no exact amount of mileage that is needed to travel in order for emissions testing to pass.
