I will never use South Hills Plumbing again.
Arrived promptly to replace toilet seal. In 12 minutes, the job was finished-installing a new seal.
Cost: $195
Come on! Tom stated that this is their standard charge for resealing a toilet. Obviously, this was NOT a standard job if it only took 12 minutes. Does this plumber charge $975/hour??? If 12 minutes was $195? Do the math!
I am all for paying for services rendered-this was a perfect example of ripping off the customer. NEVER again.
