Review: I Have been. Member of this credit union for over 20 yrs . The customer service over the phone is very very devastating. I call to get a letter to of my account information so I could set up an auto matic payment for a bill . They needed it on a letter head . The representative said I could not get that specific letter but I could get. A direct deposit form . I explain to representative that I could not use that /and ask if I could speak to a supervisor . She would not give me a super visor or not even to offer to have one call me back. I called back the following week to see if I could order checks so I can send the auto pay bill I needed to pay a void check .the representative. Said she order checks and I would get them. In about 7-10 business days . So I called again to because I had not received checks . I talk to [redacted] who said seen who saw checks were. Never order . I told her I know I called. She let me know. [redacted] could pull those last calls .and call me back and also she would let me know. About letter . Well I got a call from [redacted] who was a super visor. To let me know. Checks would be her in 2 days . I was surprise because she did not address any of my concerns and she was not inform about anything else. so I ask to. Talk to [redacted] . [redacted] called and the call was about how he was helping me andhe came in defense of the representatives . And told me lett mailed . After I was told. I could not get also he said only a supervisor could mail letter.He was in defense and backing reps . He kept saying he helping me but never address the treatment . He said he reviewed calls but. He called and said how can I help you. When you go into the office branch it is much better . I don't knôw what to do calling to their customer serviceit can ruin your day . I hve had accounts with other. Banks and never received customer service like this . I never experience a manger that makes the customer the problem . This I was my 3 call . Also who can help. Me this is m.Desired Settlement: Also I need help I have a car loan with this credit union my 2nd one first one was payed off .the second one was suppose to be paid off in 06/ 14 . But for 6 mths I hade a hard ship were I made payments cut in half fo 6 mths also during the rough times I was having they had to give me insurances or a few months . I am still paying this loan off and was charged interest on the insurance . I did get my own . Am still paying interest on a loan that should have been paid off . And when ever you call I can't get no one with honesty to help me I called the head of loans and he just pjs us phone tag .I need to get help this a just a few issues . I would like to talk to Ben is Ra presidents to get help . My heart is broken that you get rep. managers that 1. Don't. Really listen to the customer . 2. Make the call about them . 3 . And make you feel I valued as a customer.
