am rejecting this response because:
I did receive a check on 2/29/for the listed refund amountI was told several times, seven to ten business daysI funds were taken from my account on 1/19/16.This took way to long for my money to be returned to meI was never given a reason as to how the funds were taken from my account without my authorization
