Response:In response to this complaint, our technician went out to property and machine broke half way through treating propertyShe went back out the next day once the device was repaired first thing in the morning and finished treating what was meant to be treated, which included all small trees and shrubsWe originally received a complaint that the tech was spraying stones on the ground which was not the case, the technician was fertilizing the ground juniper which is located on the groundAlso, when the technician went to her truck to switch the tanks from fertilizer to insecticide/fungicide customer made a loud remark to her wondering why she is leaving, my technician responded that she wasn't leaving she was switching chemical tanksCustomer then completely denied that the tech was not switching tanksIn an end result, when my technician finished the job spraying everything that needed to be treated it was time for her to leave, according to the customer she left in huffThat in fact is not the truth, she left in our very loud work vehicle in a way she would leave anyone's property without making a huffOverall, customer made first payment for first two treatments that involved a feeding and a insecticide/fungicide treatment and it was completed, full service was not paid forWhat we treated and what we treated with was paid for all expenses in order to complete job
