I am rejecting this response because: The store manager is the one that gave me the invoice with wrong dateAnd now she is bleming somebody else.This is another fabricated lieThis people are the more incompetent people running a business that I had ever come acrossThey ripped tags offLegal tags on a mattress that are sawn into the matress They write two invoices and neither one is validI DO NOT WANT TO HEAR FROM THEM AGAINI AM GOING TO TAKE LEGAL ACTIONI WILL SEND A COPY OF INVOICES TO PA TAX COLLECTOR.

After completing her request, delivering her new mattress set, she signed for, as you see in her copy of receiptShe was more than happy to receive a new mattress set at no extra charge to herIn the industry, every mattress chain charges for transportationSince she had a completely understandable warranty issue (no law tag and tears), the owner went out of his way to make sure *** was satisfiedThe invoice that she received in store, was a photo copy of a new receipt of the invoice number #*** on our sales bookSince, her invoice number was already written up (***), I couldn't physically give her a new invoice for accounting reasonsThe accountant would notice $missing I, Amber, the manager of Mattress Unlimited, must have made a mistake writing the new invoice because the owner was not in storeThe winner's circle paramount king set is $Instead of the delivery fee being $50.00, it should have been $written down to use all her Store Credit correctly$taxed is $Delivery fee is untaxable which makes it $($16) CashWhen I made the receipt she signed it for me verifying everything is accurate and trueAlso, on the receipt it states Deposits non-refunbdable/Store Credit ONLY Cancelled Sales/Special Orders ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING & CANCELLATION FEEThe invoice original #*** became ineligible from change of mattressI will provide both copies #***, and #***I completely understand why she would be upset with my inaccurate write up of her new saleI corrected it on the new invoiceMy apologies

Response: Ms*** contacted the league president about the issue of raffle tickets, all player and families know that they can either buyout which is $or sell the raffle tickets for $turn them in to receive your uniformWhen the president responded back to Ms*** she was told that she could bring the or the raffle tickets with the Ms *** then proceeded to tell the league president that this was unacceptable that she would rather pull her kids off their teams and you can keep the money and I will let another district and social media know why they need to start opening up more baseball fields, because some just have horrible costumer service and favoritism on top of thatMs*** then went onto the google south little league site and wrote the following: Horrible customer service, last year I payed and they said I didn't pay until they found my receiptOkay no hard feelingsThis year when I paid my fees I made it clear that I did not want the raffle tickets and that I would go ahead and pay for them while I was paying the feeThe lady basically ignored my gestureCome to find out they have a buy out option when it comes to the raffle ticketsYesterday when it was time to turn them in they tried to make me my my for something I already tried to pay forTalked to one of the representatives have text messages he said either pay or give the tickets backI said okay I still have the ticketsThen he went back on his word and said you have to payIts unfair and not rightI don't want to say it's because of my skin color but I don't know why he feels like this is acceptableI pulled my boys off the team and told them they can keep my dollars as wellI'm not dealing with this type of business ever againSent on: 4/15/3:49:PM Sent by: ***

Like I said before I offered to pay for the raffle tickets when I paid the fee in February and the lady ignored me I told her I did not want them and she said I had to take them anyway. We I saw the buyout option when I looked at the paper. The lady should have let me pay for the tickets then, like it said with the buy out option. It's not fair to make me pay for something that I already tried to pay for, this is the issue. Like I said I have text messages where he said to bring the raffle tickets or pay. When I told him I still had the raffle tickets then he said to sell them for a dollar a piece or pay 45. He used the  wrong choice of words in the first text not me. I said he can keep it because he said he wasn't going to refund me my money when the coach talked to him before. Either my money or the uniforms, they still haven't played in any games or received a uniform. Also they are trying to force parents to sell raffle tickets and work in conssession stands just for their kids to play or receive uniforms. And I still have the raffle tickets all of them. And yes you all do have horrible customer service.
