Very disorganized & unethicalI was disrespected, lied to and almost swindled into paying over $1,in work that I did not need to have done to my carI brought my car in for a check up because my indicator light said I needed new brake padsI figured that while my car is there, I may as well have them check everything outI was told that I had a broken water hose and that it would cost over $1,to replace itI was also told that I had 3-lightbulbs out when my key reader indicated that I had only one bulb outI picked my car up with new brake pads (which was included in my maintenance plan) and brought it to Lauderdale BMW/MINI for a general check upAside from the one lightbulb that the key reader indicated was out, my car was perfectly fineI did not have any additional bulbs out, and my water hose was in perfect conditionAlso, when I picked up my car from South Motors, I saw that they had left someone else's paperwork inside, so I had all their personal information

I purchased my dream car from south motors BMWNevertheless, my experience was comparable to a visit to the DMVBecause of my budget I purchased a pre-owned BMWThe car was beautiful and it had all of the perfect features moreover, like any used car it needed some loveWith the end of the month being around the corner the used car manager promised me to fix all of the scratches and imperfections the car had if I signed the deal that nightWith the purchase being made on a Thursday the car was promised to be delivered on Monday so I could go to work "With the top off".Two and a half weeks pass *** I finally receive my car, the car was amazingly clean and yes, several of the things I had requested were fixedNevertheless, the rims were still scratchedAfter speaking to sales representative about the issue he contacted the sales manger the response I received was " I saw the scratches but we are a business and need to keep cost down to make a profit, but I will see what I can do come back next week." The next week after a two hour wait and not being acknowledged by anyone I get the final response "Sorry we can't do anything have a nice day" I can't put into words the disrespect shown to me I do understand I am young and I am not buying an M series but my money is just as good and would have hoped to be treated better.I prefer taking public transportation than to step foot into South Motors BMW again

I bought my 2016 228i here and since day 1 have been having issues with it.

After bringing the car in for service multiple times for a shimmer and shaking the car had while driving. Every single time I was called back and told the car was "fixed" it wasn't. Curiously enough it wasn't until I was involved in the test drive that the technician or whoever came with me could "feel" what I was talking about.

At one point I was in a loaner for 14 days.

After filing for lemon law, the BMW tech drove the car and wrote it off as "Driving as per designed"

I proceeded to record my own videos of what was happening and sent it to the service manager [redacted] only to have Mr. [redacted] completely stop replying to my emails. Deliberately.

I hired an attorney that got in touch with BMW and they scheduled a final attempt to fix the car. Funny enough that when I took a test drive WITH the BMW tech, he could feel the shimmer on the car.

So they proceeded to put new wheels on the car.. solution that I suggested the second time I brought the car in, but instead the put 3 different sets of tires and just gave it back to me.

Once they replaced the wheels the shimmer was gone. This was last week. The same day I pick up my car with the new wheels, I realized that while they took my car to put gas, whoever drove it damaged one of the new wheels.

I had to drive back and get a loaner again for 2 days.

Yesterday driving to my Christmas celebration, the car slowed down in the middle of the highway causing me to have to swerve out of the way (extremely dangerous) and I get a "drivetrain malfunction" message. This car has 6,300 miles... the engine started shaking and the car had no power. I could barely get it up to 30mph the rest of the way home.

I am sick and tired of being pushed around by this dealership and their horrible service so far just to avoid taking a loss to help out a customer that walked out with two cars on the same day.

This is absolutely ridiculous.
