They unnecessarily cut 2 roof trusses that became a major issue in a home inspection report after the 1 year warranty. Sears used this company as a subcontractor. I have had Sears service company out because of several air leaks and condensation leaks due to poor installation. I had contact with Alex about the trusses and more leaks and his response was to stop harassing him!
Never in my life have dealt with a company this bad. I had them install an AC unit, two Weeks later the thing dies. The fun time came when it was time to get them back out 3 days later they show up meanwhile ot was 112+ out side.[redacted] you have a lousy company.
