Sales man knocked on door, was going to replace windshield on my Corvette on 10/12/between and A no show, they called at 6:PM and said they were going to be running lateI advised I would have to make it for the Following Monday, 10/19/after waiting all day, I called and they said the work had been done on the 12th, I advised them it had not been done they were a no show, Have to check with my insurance company to see if they had charged them, It seems like a scam

I hired South Mountain Glass to replace my windshield and they damaged the side panel of my $45,carThey denied responsibility and refused to fix it because I signed a disclaimer stating that I was satisfied with the INSTALLATION of the WINDSHIELDI asked them to fix the problem in accordance with the integrity of their companyThey refusedI never, ever in my wildest dreams thought I had to do an entire inspection on the BODY of my vehicle after having a WINDSHIELD replacedThe company, however was kind enough to suggest that the next time I have my WINDSHIELD replaced that I should also check the BODY of my vehicle for damage before signing offAnd TONY CRUZ, the installer was kind enough to suggest that the vehicle next to mine was to blameThe damage, in no way, shape, or form could have been done by another vehicle because of the location of the damageThe damage coincides perfectly with where the windshield would have been removed and pulled away
What I learned is that your insurance company will back you 100% if you have someone that they recommend do the replacementUnfortunately, because I used someone else, there was little my insurance could doDO NOT USE SOUTH MOUNTAIN GLASS!
