Review: We attempted to use our Enjoy Book punch card and they did not honor what is published in the book. Their page in the Enjoy Book states "buy one ENTREE and get one "ENTREE" free up to $12. We had 3 people in our party, one ordered the Shrimp & Scallop dinner ($17.99); one ordered the Fish Dinner ($12.99) and one ordered a "Wrap" NOT on the Entre menu. When we got our check, they only gave a credit of $7.99. When we spoke a manager by the name of [redacted] (3 months as the manager), he said "It's our Policy". When asked what's your policy, he said to take the lesser amount. We said the Wrap is NOT on the Entre menu, he again said, "It's our policy". Instead of pleasing the customer and eliminating a scene, he would have just had to revise our check and credit an additional $4.01 the amount that should have been credited to our check as advertised in the Enjoy Book, up to $12.Desired Settlement: We were suppose to attend a party after dinner at the South Park Clubhouse, instead we left, ruining our evening. Requesting a refund of our check, $33.15.
