I purchase a 2008 f 450 truck for down payment I give up my 2012 jeep wrangler and one month latter I call the owner of he business to ask for my license plates and he said he could not find the title of the truck that I bought from him and a day latter I call the finance company to ask about payments and the finance company said she was going to call me latter and she did not call me back well I am afraid that they can turn around and tray to reposes my truck for not payment but like I said sounds like the finance company don't have the information of the contract and the business place don't have the title of my truck .

To whom it may concern I am *** owner of South Park motors, I understand there was a complaint on my business from Mr, *** this is the first I’ve heard of this I reached out to the customer he told me he was not happy with the truck I offered to try to resale it for him and he agreed, Now if he had buyers remorse or didn’t like the truck after a while I can’t help that he signed papers that stated NO WARRANTY as is where is.. I’ve been in business 20 years and I’ve never had a complaint I always go out of my way to try to make my customers happy in anyway I can so I did offer to resale it for him, believe me this concerns me more than you ever know and that’s why I am replying to you as you asked .. Not because I’m afraid of the review you might give me all though I hope u dont, but only because of my customer I always tru to put myself in their shoes and try to understand where they’re coming from and try to make it better if I can but I could only do so much.
