This matter was settled by refunding *** *** money as
requestedWhen *** *** came to the Dealership to purchase the vehicle in
question, it was reviewed by the AutoCheck systemPlease note that AutoCheck is
a
commercially acceptable vehicle database company owned by Experian and is provided
by Ford Motor Company to check our cars’ accident history. At that time, the AutoCheck report listed that
the vehicle was never involved in any accidents*** *** then purchased the
vehicle. Sometime later, we received a
complaint from *** *** about issues with the vehicle and we invited him to
bring the vehicle to the Dealership for inspection. At that time, another AutoCheck was run and
it still did not show any accidents involving this vehicle. We than ran a CarFax, and there was an
accident listed for that vehicle. To
resolve this matter, we rescinded his contract and provided him with a
refund
