customers, hence we take our business matters very seriouslyWe sincerely regret that this customer did not have a positive experience for her massageWe have provided a full refund to this customer in light of her negative experiencePlease see attached note signed and dated by her.We would like to stress that we strongly disagree with her account of her negative experienceAt all times, we'd always respect the customers' wishes and their needsPer the customer's report, she was dissatisfied throughout her entire experience of her massageAt any point during the massage, she could easily have told the masseuse to stopIt would be a reasonable assumption that any customer not satisfied with the massage would not tolerate it for the entire periodShe would easily have made a hand signal or get up with a towel used to cover her bodyI personally have had many massages at many different places where I had to make multiple communications with my masseuse to use different pressure points, avoid Certain areas, etc...In spite of our disagreement with this customer's complaint, we have contacted the customer and a refund was madeThis has been resolved to customers satisfaction.Please let us know if you need anything else.Thank you for your time, Kayla L
