The company has no record of ANY communication by
Tidal Petroleum or any of its representatives with a [redacted] until his 2015 demand for reimbursement of funds.  All
of the communication and investments in which he states that he owns were made and controlled by a different person....

 It seems ownership in these
were then transferred into an entity then later to a 3rd entity of which Mr.
[redacted] apparently is a partial owner.   I must question his statements about “what he
was told” by representatives since I find no record of Mr. [redacted] in any call history
or ownership documentation.  The
investments owned by this entity took place from 2006-2007.  He states investment activity from  2006-2014 for some reason.   Several of the wells in which this entity owns have been producing since their inception in 2006. Mr [redacted] demands full return of his
investment, but makes no mention of income sent to the entity over the last 9
years.   All programs owned by
the entity were drilled, completed and put into production in accordance with
the offering memorandum.  Tidal has sent Mr [redacted] large amounts of documentation proving such activity.   He was
made aware The FINRA claim settled by the managing broker dealer did not concern
the projects in which this entity had invested.
No information sent to anyone on
these programs has ever been called into question.  No estimated returns were included in the prospectus,
only a geological analysis by an independent 3rd party geologist.
