Review: I brought an iPhone 3gs for them to replace the screen. They did but the rubber waa loose and dust got in the phone. I gave it back to them to clean it but they broke the lcd. It took them two weeks to do so and never once did they call me when they told me they would. They ask me to be quiet and let them do their jobs. Now that they replaved the lcd, the software os lost and they could not replace it. They asked me to bring it to apple or tmobile and lie to them that I did not get it repaired anywhere. The people I am speak to in this business is named [redacted] and **. ** asked me straight to my face to be quiet and let him do his job. I understand that the phone is old and its hard but I did not bring the phone in broken. I am just trying to get it cleaned. I feel really disrespected and would just like to get my phone fixed.

well, we went ahead and replaced her iphone 3gs with a new phone. im sorry it took a long process but the iphone 3gs is hard to find because its really old now. but when we did come across one we replaced it.

Review: I brought my ipad to this business for a cracked screen repair. They charged me $100.00 to replace a screen with the original one. It took me almost a week to get my ipad back, because the person fixing it whose name is ** was ignoring my calls. After I got my ipad back I noticed that the screen was not glued properly and the screen was not an original parts, as ** told me it will be. The button on the bottom of the screen was not working too, and the screen itself unglued within a day. I brought it back to ** to re-fix it. He took it back and promised to get it fixed within a few days. It took me two weeks to get it back. I called him numerous times and he did not pick up the phone. We went to his office many times, and he is never there. One of the girls from the front desk, said that there is nothing she can do and that we have to call him directly and try to get in touch with him. Finally, after I called him from a different number he picked up the phone and told me to come over and pick up my ipad. I came to his office and ** said that he completely forgot about our ipad. And after I reached him he just put more glue on the screen and gave it back to me. After I got my ipad back this time (the second time), the screen and the button still were not working correctly, so I paid $100 for nothing. Now, I can't reach him again. He knows my number and he is just dropping the calls when I call him. I can't deal with him anymore.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back, because my ipad screen was not replaced correctly. And the button on ipad is still not working. And the screen was glued a few times incorrectly. I don't want that business to contact me or try to re-fix my screen. If he could't fix it within 3 weeks, what are the chances he will fix it properly this time? Thank you very much for your help with this matter.
