Need to see who I need to contact bought a washer from him 3 16 17 and had issues the same day called him and he said he would be by the next day saturday between 12 and 3 and never showed up or called I habe been contacting him by text messages and calling but his answer machine is full what are my options at this time .

Review: My husband and I purchased a stove and refrigerator from here and about a month later our stove kept shutting off with a F9 code so I called Judy and told them I searched the code meaning and that it states it was a temperature sensor. I called and was told by the owner [redacted] that he had a delivery on [redacted] Road and would come fix our stove this was around 5 pm and we waited at home to a no call no show. We took the sensor out ourselves and took it to their shop and the owner gave me a "replacement" part that we discovered didn't fit or go to our stove. We made a second trip over to get another "replacement" part to get home and our stove still did not work. I called and was told they were getting a replacement stove for us but it would be another week before they could deliver it. We went two weeks without a stove. Our refrigerator stopped cooling due to what we think is one of the fan units and lost $100 worth of groceries and it's been 4 days. I personally went on Tuesday to the shop and was told by the owner [redacted] that someone would definitely be at our house on Wednesday that next day to once again a no call no show. I called this morning to be told a few different stories and no call back so far.Desired Settlement: We paid $50 extra for the refrigerator we have because the original one we picked out quit working properly before we picked it up from their shop. We lost $100 worth of groceries and we feel it's only fair to repair our refrigerator and refund at least the $50 extra we paid to help replace our groceries and their lack of warranty resolution.
