Review: Company does not clearly have a sign displayed as of 6/19/2013 @ [redacted]regarding "No exchange policy". I tried to return a product (long-timecustomer greater than 10 years) and was rebuffed, harshly. Have filed a preventionof payment with [redacted] Bank and filing a formal dispute this Saturday.The individual who rebuffed was arrogant, did not understand any suggestionI had to display the sign clearly and where business is done (the only sign ispointed in the opposite direction.)This complaint is filed in the hopes that South Seas Shop is made to wise upas their current practices are unethical and immoral in regards to an unstatedexchange-only policy.Desired Settlement: Refund my $27.45 and we'll call it even.Fight me over it and we'll have a very large issue.Why?Because, I am in the right. Your sign is not clearly displayed in the area where people do their purchases. There need to be signs throughout the store saying "No refunds, exchange-only". PERIOD.[redacted]
