I am rejecting this response because:My real estate agent set up the appointment and was not told one person at that rateThe amount of employees sent to my home was never discussedMy real estate agent was outraged when she found out what I was chargedEven in the email sent from them, they explain 6-of work for 600-It was completed in hoursIt is not common practice to charge for each employee sentMaybe common to the owner, but no one else

We did not talk directly to [redacted] but with his Real Estate representative over the phone. [redacted] is correct in what we had told to his Rep. that it would be an estimated 6 – 8 hours for one Technician to clean both units depending on the Condition and would cost between...

$600.00 – $1,000.00. He was billed for 8 hours as the Employee Time Cards reflect and Materials for a total of $859.32 with tax. 
We sent out 2 Technicians to get it done in 1/2 a day in order to handle other Service calls that day. It is standard business practice to charge per Technician. The bill reflects what we estimated the time & costs we quoted his Representative and do not feel it was misleading. Whether it be 1 Technician 8 hours or 2 Technicians 4 hours each it is still 8 hours billable time.  We will not be adjusting our Bill.

My real estate agent was outraged when she found out what I was charged. Even in the email sent from them, they explain 6-8 of work for 600-1000. It was completed in 4 hours. It is not common practice to charge for each employee sent. Maybe common to the owner, but no one else.
