Filled out card for free estimate at Fair, Booked a time and date with Show Manager Received a call from a sales rep wanting to set up date for estimate, explained to him that a time and date was inked at show , he said thanks and call ended Then received another call from someone else from the company telling me that they show no booking for estimate and insisted that I give him the time and date, I explained I did not have my cell available at timeHe then wanted to know when both myself and wife would be available I told him that my wife is unavailable for any meeting and I would be able to pass along any information they may give to meHe was abrupt in stating that both parties MUST be availableWhen I told him it was not going to happen, he stated again it is required that both be availableIts BS that both of us be available for some BS sales pitchI then told him to remove us from there call list and I would seek assistance from another company

The guys showed up at a promptly time.We had windows to remove all original to the house (1920-1930's era) and replace and they got them out and set in, in under hours
They do quick but great work

The windows are of great quality and I just love the safety feature
I also love that the heat reflects off of the windows so when its really hot my son wont get hurt touching the glass and will keep the inside warm when its really cold outside
It's peace of mind knowing my year old wont be able to open the windows farther than the guard on the windows allows
The guys were polite and explained anything that I had a question onThey didnt even mind my year old hanging out to watch and ask questions
They cleaned up the messes outside and took away the old windows

Roofing Job poorly done, three different contractors with three different results, 1st time the drip edge was bent and not properly installed, 2nd time resulted in the roof leaking, 3rd time still remains a mystery. Inspector will review and based on his report I will submit his finding for all consumers to review. One critical factor to recognize when hiring the Acri company, all the work they complete is sub-contracted out; therefore if you not happy with your product, you can expect another crew that may or may not be worst than the first. I also paid over 7K for windows that are not flush with the wall, also hired them for a siding job that was supposed to be insulated as that is what they told the insurance company, and if that isn't enough I had them put on new shutters, which are now in my garage since they blew off the house.. Obviously I am less than satisfied and amazed that they qualify for an A rating.

The sales person all the way to the contractors and finished product was exactly how I wanted plus a little more
