Also you were well aware that from template its 5-business days for install and we turned around for you within days! We install 3 kitchens a day for the last 2 years and out of 1566 kitchens you were the only one that acted this way towards a very common problem especially with marble, that chips very easily. I am not shutting my doors because of 1 customer that is probably used to getting her way with things. Since day 1 I've been willing to give you a refund but you are not keeping the counters for free which at this point I think its what you are going for.

I hope her business goes under.
