You called the office when my sales person was on breakYou got aggravated that she didn't return your call right awaySo just you know she is also pregnant and she had to be taken to the hospital because of your attitudeShe handled your call as I would expect her toShe asked you to send pictures of the problem so we could assess itWe need to know what it is in order to know what steps to take and how to solve itBut you weren't happy with that, were you?Then I received an email from you defaming me and my businessFirst you said that a manager should be on site 24/7, which I explained to you that we are not a department store we are a small business and I don't agree to thatI wasn't there but I can always be reachedSecond you came on saying that you waited weeks without a kitchenYou canceled on us times! times we called you a day before to confirm the template and you would push it out another weekHow many potential sales we lost because you were taking up that spot? Also you were well aware that from template its 5-business days for install and we turned around for you within days! You demanded a call from me ASAP, which that's not how it works, I promptly answered your email giving you options of replacement or refund and you still showed up to my store yelling, screaming and making a sceneNobody and I mean NOBODY has the right to talk to anybody like you didYou got from me the same treatment as you gave me.By the way English is my first language and the only reason you couldn't understand me was because you were screaming and did not let me speakYou're lying about everything in this complaintYou never picked out the stone at [redacted] I would never say that to a customerYour husband signed the installation sheet and checked off that everything was completedEven so we offered you a replacement and a refundYour legal team agreed with me that I handled this properly offering you a refund or a replacementWe install kitchens a day for the last years and out of kitchens you were the only one that acted this way towards a very common problem especially with marble, that chips very easilyI am not shutting my doors because of customer that is probably used to getting her way with things. Since day I've been willing to give you a refund but you are not keeping the counters for free which at this point I think its what you are going for.
