Response:As a small family owned business we strive to provide the very best in both customer service and workmanshipHence when this customer first complained about the quality of the work our crew performed I went to the jobsite myself to rectify the situationWe ultimately ended up removing the
original work and replacing it all at our expenseUnfortunately for this customer his home was built at a time and in a way where he has an uneven roofline which made installing gutters at the desired slope impracticalWe did not charge for this but did charge for some extra work that the customer requested that resulted in more materials being requiredWhen the customer complained after receiving the $invoice for this work we simply requested that he pay what he felt was fairIn response he sent a rather lengthy and confusing email with another vendor's invoice attachedWe weren't sure what to make of that but surmised that he was perhaps engaged in a dispute with another vendorEither way we left it in his hands to pay what he felt was fair, and never heard back from him until we received this Revdex.com filingIt is still unclear from his "desired settlement" exactly what he is looking for but from our perspective we are still waiting for him to pay whatever amount he deems appropriate and we will consider the matter closed

I am rejecting this response because: I am concerned about future leaks because of so much moving around of the gutters to attempt to rectify multiple times.  I eventually inquired about your warranty because I didn't see anything stated on my estimate or my invoice. After coming out several times to attempt to rectify craftsmanship of installation, you  stated no warranty on your work because of lack of heat tape is absurd.  I snow rake and am not concerned about weight from a snow load pulling my gutter off, I am concerned about leaks on corner and downspout.  As far as the -$13.08 (notice the minus sign) as stated in my original email about my breakdown of expenses, I understand your last response is to accept that my time is valuable and losing 4 hours of pay at my regular job to supervise install crew is understood by you.
