We have hydronic heat in our home and wanted to replace our furnace and hot water heater. We also wanted to change from Oil to gas at the same time. We had several other companies that were local come and give us estimates but they were unwilling or unable to give us the products that we wanted. We saw an ad in the paper & took a chance. We have been so impressed with our furnace & hot water heater and have always received excellent service. We are very happy that we chose South Shore Heating for our business. We have been a happy customer for years and wouldn't dream of having anyone else service our furnace.
South Shore came to look at my functioning AC/furnace in July. The very next day it completely broke and I was forced to pay $3700 for a brand new unit. There is no way that after all this time of having the unit & it working this way for 10 years, that it was just a coincidence that it broke after they tinkered with it. No way. They broke it on purpose and essentially robbed me of $3700. Left my house filthy and did not come through on their promise to fix the damage to my home, either. They were constantly late and their answering service people are extremely rude. This experience was nothing short of hell.
Now, 3 months later I tried to turn on the heat - and it doesn't work.
NEVER EVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!!
