The service manager (Sam) said he spoke to the customer. Sam said the customer was unable to come in because hes been busy at work and his hours at work and the hours that our service department are open didn't work out. He said he would schedule an appointment when he can work out his schedule.

Review: South Shore Honda presented the company unprofessionally. After being told I would have to take an extended warranty option in order to get financing I read the contract and became aware that was not true. I went to South Shore Honda and aski for the option to be removed from my finance contract and was told "No" by floor manager [redacted]. The finance manger and floor manager I felt bullied, discriminated and denied my consumer rights.Desired Settlement: I am asking for my finance contract to be only for the purchase price of the vehicle and not include the options "extended warranty" and "loss guarentee" additonal costs.

Review: I brought my car in almost 2 months ago for this dealership to install a honda roof rack onto so I could attach my new board up before summer. My family has dealt with them for 10 years. I trusted my dealership to provide A+ level quality. They charged me $814 for the repair. If I paid with cash they would've only charged $750 - probably how they get away with their poor work. The roof rack took all day to install and I went home with a 1 ft long screwdriver on windshield, bolts that were mismatched and weather stripping that was torn. After several rainy times I noticed the car smelled like water and when I went into the back I discovered it was completely drenched. The sides, headliner, spare tire compartment, cover, my teacher supplies, a review book and the blanket I use to cover it. After 3 appointments with them telling me I don't know how to close my sunroof I found a missing cap. I asked another Honda dealership to order the part and clip it I'm but they couldn't get the cap to go into the rail so they figured the rail was defective. When they went to put the new rail on they noticed immediately that it wasn't a genuine Honda part. They showed and explained what South Shore Honda did to me. South Shore Honda put on an aftermarket part that has caused my car to leak and take on more than 2 gallons of water. I'm facing possible long term damages to a previously pristine car. They have finally placed a Honda roof rack on- or at least they gave me the parts numbers which I will check on. They claim to water test it each time and no water gets in but when I held a hose for less than 5 seconds today to wash my car the water leaked immediately. My two months dealing with them has been filled with lies, unreturned phone calls, being referred to as 'honey,' and a dealership not taking responsibiltiy for their shoddy and fraudulent work.Desired Settlement: My roof obviously needs to be sealed, all metal and wires the leak touches need to be replaced or addressed so theirs no water issues later on and the headliner needs to be replaced again due to current stain cause by your poor , fraudulent work. Any future problems I have that are a result of this water leak should be able to be billed to them since the repairs won't be covered under my Honda warranty that I paid for. Or replace my car that was destroyed and no longer deal with this issue.

We have never had a customer return with a roof rack leak.We were surpised to see any writer and thoughts she might have left her sun roof open.Tomorrow July *, 2014 the car is being looked at by experts and issue will be resolve. This is a correction of the typo that was responded to on the original July [redacted] 5:02 pm letter. As per our phone conversation, since [redacted] picked up her car, we have been trying to help her. We have never had a customer return with a roof rack leak. We were suprised to see any water and thought she might have left her sunroof open. Tomorrow July [redacted], 2014, the vehicle is being looked at by our experts and this issue will be resolved.

Review: I leased a new Honda civic from them and from the beginning there was noise coming from the brakes. I was told by the sales person paul that the sound will go away after a few days. over a week went by and the brakes still made noise so went to service and all the service man did was take it around the block. after I made them take the wheels off you could see the rust on the rotors and they refused to replace them. I called corporate and they said its up to them, so before I go to court I wanted to see if complaining would help.Desired Settlement: replace the wheel rotors that are rusted.

although they said they will go on a test drive , I was not assured that the problem would be taken care of to my liking.they just want to hear the problem again...
