Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Thank you for your response I am not happy with the response from the business owner, I will be filing for a Small Claims Court hearing The date of the incident does in fact fall in the 60-day window of your warranty that I received when I purchased the vehicle A tire should last more than days If he had hit something, like the business owner claimed, wouldn't there be FRONT END DAMAGE to the car, and not damage to the side of the vehicle where the tire came off??!! I have all five (5) tire bolts from the vehicle and it clearly shows negligence on installing the tire properly - bolts backed out and the remaining bolts that were holding the tire on snapped OFF.I'm not sure what kind of people he thinks we are, I certainly would not be filing this claim if my son hit something - that would be his fault My year old son's distress call from the side of the highway, in the dark after he safely moving into the breakdown lane without getting killed will never be forgotten - sorry I do not have a recording of that phone call.I'm sorry he didn't take full length pictures of the vehicle in the dark on the side of the highway I have all the repair documents that clearly state the VIN Number of the vehicle you sold to mePS: Now the car will not start - not sure if your un-named mechanic actually INSTALLED a new battery as promised prior to the purchase of the car Once again, my son was stranded at college (Friday Dec8th, 2017) I cannot wait to find out about this outcome from my mechanic this weekend!! Mrs [redacted] came in last month stating her son had an issue with his carShe showed me some pictures of a LF fender which might have been the [redacted] I sold her on August 28th with damage to the LF front of car and missing a wheelShe stated her son was on the highway and the wheel just fell offThis was months later after I sold her the carI stated I was happy her son wasn’t hurt but looking at the pictures it looked like he hit something given all the damage and all the lug nut studs were sheared offShe also stated she didn’t have the wheelIt’s unfortunate that she would demand money or try and blame me for something that was clearly not of any fault of mine nor can she prove it was any negligence on my partI never saw the car only pictures and a bill she was demanding I payI’m not responsible for this car out of warranty nor do I think it’s any negligence on my part

I stated I was happy her son wasn’t hurt but looking at the pictures it looked like he hit something given all the damage and all the lug nut studs were sheared off. She also stated she didn’t have the wheel. It’s unfortunate that she would demand money or try and blame me for something that was clearly not of any fault of mine nor can she prove it was any negligence on my part. I never saw the car only pictures and a bill she was demanding I pay. I’m not responsible for this car out of warranty nor do I think it’s any negligence on my part.
