Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] First of all, the front desk and the flier on the front of their desk says its a five year warrantyI understand that they are doing decent work but I'm unappreciative of their business practice of telling me everything is fine after I spent a thousand dollars and returned with more business, that they were not truthful about a $repair that was unnecessaryI want Revdex.com to give them a poor rating so that customers know that [redacted] is not only overcharging their customers (literally twice the market price in this area) and also making us uncomfortable to drive our cars so that we will pay for new parts that are totally unnecessaryI'll definitely be taking my business elsewhere and letting everyone who will listen about how they do business Regards, Your most unsatisfied customer

Ms [redacted] is stating that the repairs “had to be done” but at any time she could have chosen to take her vehicle somewhere else or shop around for a different price if she felt it cost too muchAny brake issue is going to be communicated as an urgent need to a customer, which is true because if your brakes go out it can cause an accidentWe are sorry that Ms [redacted] had to finance the cost of the repairs but that is not our faultThe brake job was done correctly and there have been no complaint about the quality of workmanshipThe second time the customer came in was due to hitting a potholeThis required her to replace strutThis did not have anything to do with our work on her vehicle nor is there any complaint about the quality of the workmanshipAgain, if Ms [redacted] thought that we were too expensive, she could have taken her vehicle to a different shopOur prices are competitive with all local shops and we have the extra bonus of a year 36,mile warranty that we offer all of our customersWe are sorry that Ms [redacted] is having a hard time financially, but that is by no fault of [redacted] We had all work approved by Ms [redacted] and she agreed and signed all invoicesIf there is a fault with any of the work that was done by [redacted] we would be glad to work to resolve the issue with Ms [redacted] [redacted]

Ms [redacted] had to return to our shop a second time not because of anything that [redacted] did but due to the fact that she hit a potholeWe did not cause that nor is our workmanship in disputeAs for the alternator, in four weeks time an alternator that was once diagnosed as good can go badThe shop did not do a complete breakdown of every component of the vehicle, therefore they could not know that in weeks time that component might start to go badAgain, [redacted] did the repairs they were paid for correctly and there is no complaint about the workmanshipThe customer is simply upset that they had to pay for repairs that they cannot affordWhile we are sorry for Ms [redacted] 's predicament, we did not cause it and are not responsible for it
