We had worked on Ford Focus for ***Started with a Transmission problemWe repaired that concern that had taken a few visits to our shop in doing so they had to make payments on repair,one of the last customers we allowed to do
thatMonths later they returned with a noise and coolant leakWe had checked the noise and found a drivers side hub bearing went badWe replaced hub bearing and found the brake pads where close in being gone so we installed new ones while it was apartWe didn't replace rotors because they looked fineWe tried to make it cheap by doing pads onlyWe didn't charge extra labor for doing so just the pads costRepaired noise in front endThey took the vehicle and came back said abs light come onIt had abs code for that wheel speed sensorSo we order part and had rescheduledThey returned another day for speed sensor we replaced didn't fix it,so wee thought the new hub bearing was badWe order another one and installed again and found same issueMore test where done to find abs module had internal faultWe went ahead and repaired there coolant leak that they had put epoxy on a tube for the coolant systemWe removed the tube and installed new coolant hose and repaired that concernDidn't know anything about the heater not workingSorry, We done everything for this vehicle and was no longer doing any more free work

At the time the car was brought in for the bearings there was no radiator leak and ab light problem until after the bearings were repairedThe vehicle was brought back minutes after the bearings were replaced because my husband was outraged that the dash was all lit upAlso, I spent many an appt getting shoved around in the apt book
