This is in response to complaint # [redacted] Our customer had been behind on her payments for at least two monthsWe very rarely have to repo cars but when we try and reach someone and our calls aren't returned or the phone numbers have been disconnected we sometimes have no choiceThe customer in question left us no choice but to do just thatWhen she came into the office upset we tried to show her where her payments were behind but she started using profanity We were going to try and work it out with her and only charge her the minimum repossession fee but once she became abusive in front of other customers we decided to charge her $which is about the norm in the industry We try and please all of our customers and for the most part we do, unfortunately in this case we couldn't through no fault of our ownSincerely, [redacted] Southside Auto Sales II

Ms*** bought a nice Infinity from us on 8/3/We do not lease cars at Southside Auto Sales IIWe were asking $for the down payment and we let Ms*** take delivery of the car with $and the promise of $on 8/14/which we had to call her to remind her to bring to the
officeHer first payment of of $became due on 8/30/which she did not payWe tried to contact her for two days before we sent her car out to be reposessedShe never called to tell us she was going to be late, never called at allAs far as we knew, she was defaulting on her loan on the very first payment and we had no choice but to handle our business As far as the ten day period Ms*** was referring to; our computer automatically charges a $fee after the payment hasn't been made for ten days but on the very first payment we cannot let anyone go that farI have attached a copy of our standard Retail Installment Contract which is identical to the one that Ms*** signedIt clearly states that if any payment is not paid when due, the entire amount of the loan shall be made payable without noticeWe let her have her car back and only charged her what it cost us to have the car reposessedWe are in the business of selling cars, if we sell them and don't collect the money for them we would not be in business very much longer We wish Ms*** all the best and we hope that our relationship with her lasts a long time and is good for everyone involved Sincerely, *** ***

I also have paper work stating that I paid my first payment on time and have no problem getting call logs proving that soutside auto has not EVER called me other then the time that they repoed my car and left a dealers tag in my front seat soutside auto should not have called and sent me a thret over a honest mistake // and yes our contract states that I have only been late once I do not accept this at all they are very dishonest and please let them know to never call my phone again when it comes to me coming to the Revdex.com about a BUSINESS PROBLEM !!!!!Regards,[redacted]

On or about 4/29/15 Ms. [redacted] came into our car lot and test drove a Mercury Villager mini van. After the test drive she handed me $500.00 in cash. I told her that we had to have a valid insurance card before she could take possession of the vehicle at which time she said she would go get it and be right back so that we could sign all of the paperwork. At about 5:30 pm. after not hearing from her since around 11:00 I went to her house and she told me she would be right up. When we closed at 7:00pm I had no choice but to call the police and report the vehicle stolen. The police found the van and two of her relatives were driving it with Ms. [redacted] no where to be found. The police officer knew Ms. [redacted] by name and we decided not to press charges against her but after driving the van back to the office it was clear that someone had ran over something in the van that messed up the front end and the repair cost us exactly $250 that we did make her pay for. We wish Ms. [redacted] all the best in her future endeavours but her business is not welcome here at Southside Auto Sales II
