Review: On Oct. 25, 2014, I brought in to the company outside porch cushions to be cleaned. I have done this for several years with this company. The company has a policy that if you bring items in, you get a 20% discount on the bill, which I have received in the past. I have copies of previous bills for this same item with the discount. When I brought the items in, I double checked and asked the attendants if I would still get the 20% discount for bringing in the cushions which they said I would. When I went to pick them up on Oct. 31, the person who was in the store at the time said there was no discount listed. I asked him to call the owner and the owner said there was no discount for cushions, just carpets. Since I was told that I would receive the discount and I had received one in the past, I asked him to call the owner back and I would speak to him. After speaking to the owner, he reluctantly said I could have the discount. I paid the bill, which included the discount and took my porch cushions home.Yesterday, I received a bill from them stating that there was no discount and I was expected to pay the full amount. Since I already had been told by both the attendant at the store when I dropped off the items that I would receive the discount and the owner after I spoke with him on the phone, I do not feel I should be paying anything further for this transaction. However, I do not want this to somehow be a mark on my credit account so want it resolved, in writing, from the company.Desired Settlement: I would like a letter from the company stating that I do not owe them anything further and the matter will be resolved to my satisfaction.

Review: On September 25, 2014, I dropped off two 8 foot by 11 foot rugs to be cleaned.The pick up date was to be October 2, 2014.I came to pick up my rugs and they could not find my rugs.They told me they would have to talk to the owner and they would call me back.Over a week went by with no contact from the company.I called them back and they told me that the owner would have to call me back because they weren't sure, but they thought they delivered my rugs to the wrong house.I dropped them off to get the 20% off they offer if you drop off and pick up.I waited several more days and finally received a message from the owner saying he finally found my rugs and that he would deliver them for me or I could pick them up.Since I work I called back and told them I would pick them up.This was on November 18, 2014.When I got there to pick them up, I wanted to talk to the owner because they told me the owner said that I had to pay full price for the rugs.I spoke to the owner and his response to me was that he was human and he makes mistakes but I still had to pay or he was keeping my rugs.I explained to him that not only was he supposed to have my rugs for one week and he had them for almost 8 weeks, and the fact that I had to go without rugs in this cold weather, but that he delivered them to a house that I have no idea where they were etc. I explained that I thought this was a terrible way to conduct business.He responded that he must be doing terrible business then.I even offered to pay half the bill because I thought that was the least he could do for the terrible mistake he made and the length of time he had my rugs because of HIS mistake.He responded that I either pay full price or he was not giving me my rugs.I asked him if he even cleaned my rugs and got the stains out and he said, "I don't know."I said, "What do you mean, you don't know?" And he said, "I didn't look at your rugs I have no idea what they look like."He treated me terribly and mishandled my merchandise and then threatened to keep my rugs.Desired Settlement: I was forced to pay $142.90 or they would not give me my rugs back. They also did not even get my rugs cleaned adequately. I want a refund of $142.90, considering they had my rugs for almost 8 weeks and I had to make two trips to pick them up which was a huge inconvenience .
