Many people in our community take advantage of our financial assistance program to help during those times. When it comes to membership payment, every attempt is made to contact individuals to alert them to issues with their membership showing a past due balance. Unless a member cancels their membership, our system will try a second time to collect the balance due. Our policy states that if payment is not collected after the second draft, a note is added to the account and contact via letter/email/phone call is made. Members with past due balances are denied access to the facility or registration for other programs until payment arrangements are made. Please contact us if you would like to terminate your membership or discuss a payment plan.

This is my second complaint on this issue. YMCA is still not allowing me to come use the facilities even though they are taking 62.10 from me each month. This is month number 4, so they have close to $250. This sure feels like stealing. They have discontinue with letters, so now I have to call and see if this matter has been cleared-up. I do not have previous complaint number.
DR: Any chance I can get back to $250 that has been with drawn from my checking account?
