Here is your chance to save yourself from a predatory land lord....run don't walk away from this man...He lies when it's easier to tell the truth...This gentleman mixes lies with the truth kind of like the ***....When I moved in *** what am I responsible for utilities? Fair question I thoughtoh just gas....Runs around $month year round average....Well when I got my first utility payment you get a cut and paste itemized list of utilities....Gas, electric for main building you will have a separate electric bill from your apartment, cleaning, yard work, plowing, water and sewer, the list goes on and on...long story short you will pay at least 1/or your rent for made up utilities....These utilities are from South Street Properties not the utility company...The guy comes off great...we won't talk about the extra fees he charges...Everyone stays about year until they find out what this guy is all about.....but it was worth every penny to get away from this guy....Be afraid
