I appreciate the Revdex.com investigating this matter regarding South Suburban CycleI disagree with the response of this business This business never gave me an itemize summary of the cost of repairThe mechanic on the premises told me he couldn't fix the bikeThe owner [redacted] said to me " [redacted] buddy I can get the bike safe for riding, give me $350"I asked him twice before I left the bike was he sure he could get it runningThis business moved from it's location without informing patronsFor weeks I couldn't reach these peopleWhen finally getting a response from this business they tell me the business has moved and was evicted so work is behindMy bike was picked up on April 7th by South Suburban Cycle and I didn't get it until July 18th As far a mentioning of a "girlfriend", what kind of professional enterprise would suggest anything regarding a blatant untruthIf it wasn't for " [redacted] the mechanics I wouldn't been able to receive my bikeHe pushed the issue with his employer for that I'm gratefulHe knows this business has unsavory practicesMy bike runs the same way it did when I initially request for South Suburban Cycle to fix itThe fraudulent itemization they've made up is totally unacceptableI have my original recipients, voice recordings, pictures, phone records, texts messagesI feel this business should be investigated regarding they're practicesFor weeks aside from the weeks I couldn't reach them I wanted my bikeI was not offered my money back, nor has my bike been fixed correctlyMy front fender is missing? Air filters, pegsIt's not about money, it's the principal of how this business treats customersI hope that my story would get out there and no one will go through the ordeal I went through with this terrible businessThe customer service is terrible and should not be toleratedI've also contacted Midlothian Police Department on several occasions regarding this business previous to me receiving my bikeI have nothing to gain from making a formal complaintAs I said I praying no one else will go through what I have with this business

There will absolutely not be any type of refund. He is an unsatisfiable individual who wants everything for free. SSSC lost money repairing his bike, due to him crying he had didn't have enough money to repair and girlfriend was going to leave him if he didn't get said bike repaired.
Mr. [redacted] was told before the bike was ever touched that it wouldn't be rushed due to him not having enough money to pay for the services. Any bikes that came in would be worked on before his, and he agreed to that. We told him if he couldn't wait he can come and take his bike and his $300.00 deposit at any time which he declined over 10 times.
I will be a very happy individual if Mr. [redacted] never shows his face at our shop again!

I appreciate the Revdex.com investigating this matter regarding South Suburban Cycle. I disagree with the response of this business.
This business never gave me an itemize summary of the cost of repair. The mechanic on the premises told me he couldn't fix the bike. I hope that my story would get out there and no one will go through the ordeal I went through with this terrible business. The customer service is terrible and should not be tolerated.
