Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Dear BBB: I received a response from South Texas American Auto, who is the company that I filed a complaint with RevDex.com with. It only gave me 30 minutes to submit my response and after I repeatedly tried too attached and send supporting document recordings to you, it wouldn't allow me to send the email to you for whatever reason. I do not wish to withdraw any complaint from this company and the supporting documents that I have sent to you explain how I was lied to and misled. I do not agree with anything that South Texas American Auto has to say so, I simply disagree and I continue on with my complaint. For whatever reason I need for these attachments to be submitted with my complaint that I forwarded or attempted to forward to you guys today. Included in the voice attachments was myself, my mother, my daughter and the salesman himself ***. The only male voice you will hear is [redacted] and another called that I made two another individual, which is the mechanic that checked my car and told me the engine was out on it. reviewed our documents on this particular vehicle. Our company sold this vehicle As is with no guarantees on any part of this vehicle. No one in our company had any knowledge of this vehicle having a “hole” in the engine. Never once was Ms. [redacted] lied to by our company. The Texas lemon law is not directed in anyway to this car or case. Our company has done it’s best to assist Ms. [redacted] in getting the car to a mechanic and utilizing our resources to be sure that Ms. [redacted] is able to have a running vehicle. We have been working with Ms. [redacted] as much as we can, in and out of scheduled business hours. We have offered Ms. [redacted] as much assistance as we can in making sure that she is satisfied with the vehicle we sold her, all to no avail. We are very sorry to hear that this situation has escalated to these extremes and must regretfully inform her that we are no longer able to assist her anymore than we have attempted to do. And must insist that all contact now be made through the courts, as we have not been able to give Ms. [redacted] a satisfactory resolution. Attached is the Buyers Guide signed by Ms. [redacted].
