I spoke to [redacted] and let her know the trouble we were having finding her transmissionThe parts came in wrong on different times.All parts were ordered it would take a week to get the parts when they arrived incorrectly they have to be shipped back by truck then inspected and resend the parts.All this took time transmission are very large and the truck shipping to and from took some timeIn the end her car was fixed, we did not however check her air condition.It was overlooked and in our haste to get the transmission repaired we did not inspect the a/c problemI spoke to [redacted] and he was going to return the car on Saturday he never brought it backI called him and left a message, I called [redacted] but she did not answer and did not return my callThey were never charged for anything other than the transmission repairAll we are guilty of is taking to long to repair her carCar came in on 5/22/and was delivered on 06/16/working days.Sincerely [redacted]
