[redacted] purchased a Impala from us on 1/6/ Before taking delivery we discovered that his heater core was leaking We fixed it temporarily and set him up an appointment on 1/9/at 9am to put a new one on his car We were going to pay another mechanic shop to do the work because we were so busy An appointment was set for 9am on 1/9/with this other shop Mr [redacted] showed up around noon on 1/9/and we informed him that he has missed his appointment and the other mechanic had already started on another car and the he would need to reschedule He never didHis first payment to us was due 2/3/17, He paid the 1/20/payment along with his down payment on 1/6/ On 2/2/he came to my office wanting his money back on the Impala After walking outside I noticed the front windshield was smashed and his back windshield was completely knocked out of the car He said his girlfriend broke both glasses but he would pay to have them fixed if I would give him his money back I also noticed that he had backed into something and dented the back right side of the car that also smashed the taillight I told him that he had signed an "AS IS" warranty and that I was not going to refund his money I also reminded him that he had a payment due the next day and that I expected him to make the payment on time He never made that payment and his car was repoed 2/7/ The damage was still on the car He called and wanted his possessions out of the Impala and we told him the car was in storage in Port Arthur because the car was vulnerable to thievery for it had no rear windshield He and his girlfriend came to my car lot anyway because he thought I was lying When he found out the car wasn't here he called the Police He was acting like an angry person The police wrote him a trespassing warrant and asked him to leave the premise.We have called Mr [redacted] since 2/9/to let him know we had his personal items ready to be picked up Still haven't heard from him I have already repaired the car I have no intentions of giving him his money back or his car back unless he pays it off which he has business days to do so

ON APRIL 24TH MISS *** CALLED ME AND TOLD ME HER CAR WOULD NOT START AND SHE ASKED ME TO PICK IT UPSHE LEFT IT IN THE FAMILY DOLLAR STORE PARKING LOTSHE SAID SHE WAS DONE WITH THE CAR.I SENT A WRECKER TO PICK IT UP.SEVERAL DAYS LATER SHE CALLED ME TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS WRONG WITH HER CAR
HER CALL SURPRISED ME BECAUSE WHEN SHE SAID SHE WAS DONE WITH THE CAR I THOUGHT SHE WAS TURNING IT IN AND I TOLD HER THISSHE SAID THAT I MISUNDERSTOOD HER AND SHE JUSTWANTED US TO FIX HER CARMY TECH CHECKED THE CAR OVER AND IT NEEDED A NEW RADIATORI TOLD HER IT WOULD COST HER WHICH INCLUDED THE RADIATOR REPAIR,WRECKER CHARGES AND THE PAYMENT SHE WAS BEHIND.SHE SAID SHE WOULD CALL US BACK AND LET US KNOW WHETHER TO FIX CAR OR NOTSHE NEVER CALLED BACK.CAR WAS SOLD TO HER "AS IS""NO WARRANTY .SHE CAN COME GET HER CAR-SHE ONLY HAS TO CATCH UP ON HER PAYMENTS AND PAY WRECKER BILLSHE CAN THEN TAKE HER CAR TO WHOMEVER SHE WISHES.I AM NOT GOING TO REFUND HER ANY MONEY.THESE YOUNGSTERS THINK THEY CAN BUY A YEAR OLD CAR AND HAVE NO PROBLEMS WITH THEM THEY ARE NOT LIVING IN THE REAL WORLD.MY OFFER TO FIX HER CAR WAS AT PURE COMARK UP ON ANYTHINGTHANKS FOR YOUR CONCERN- *** ***-OWNER OF SOUTH TX AUTO SALES
