To that end, we are continuing our research and obtaining further clarification on this matter. To date we have obtained the following facts:
Our customer was issued a refund of $35.00, which was proceed in the form of check# 62212 on September 25, 2014 and immediately...

Prior to all arrivals for appointments with our physician, the Receptionist gives detail including the average time necessary for a comprehensive patient intake, evaluation, diagnosis, and plan of treatment in Adult Spine care by our Orthopaedic Surgeon. The Receptionist indicates a range of time from 1 ½ to 3 hours as an expectation of evaluation from time of arrival to completion of service.
We truly apologize for any inconvenience to the customer and respect she has many choices available for healthcare needs. South Texas Bone & Joint strives to ensure we meet or exceed patient expectations and will make as many improvements in the areas of concern expressed.
