Tell When we were contacted to give a bid on the project for [redacted] It looked pretty simple. I looked over the job went home and put some numbers together. I went with the simple things Doors,Cabinets,Counter tops, light fixers, tile and paint. I gave them the estimate of $18,200 and both [redacted]...

[redacted] and [redacted] agreed to the price. When we went to start on the project and the house was still full of furniture. W were going to get a storage bin to put in front of house to store it I had problems with that and explained it to them they wanted for us to pay for it and it was not on the bid. So we went ahead and put all her furnisher in the rooms to start demo had to be very careful so we wouldnt damage nothing so we could start demo. we did not get paid for moving furniture it was not on bid but we still did to help them out. As we strted the demo we came into some problems with the sheetrock. We never planned on tearing sheetrockfrom the whole entire shower and on the living room area ..I called them and sent them pictures of the damages and what needed to be done. The price went up to $21,700. they both agreed on it. I was given a cashier check for $9100 for labor and materias, As the job went on and was getting ready to texture the walls and ciellings I was told by the [redacted]s they wanted ceillings flat. I had already prepared them for texture. So this made things more harder and more man hours on this project. When we finally finished with the ciellings I was waiting on them to give me colors and on the tile . I went ahead and put crown molding up and put base board on ,while they would decide on colors and tile. My plumber was working on the shower pan when Mrs [redacted] sister went in the house and down graded my plumber thinking he was the contractor. They made me take down all the base board that had been installed sanded down and painted down, . Then I was working on cabinets and had all the upper cabinets done and put up Mrs.[redacted] went in and decided she wanted them onother way. I had redo them all after Mrs [redacted] had agreed on them she decides to change them. We spent allot of money and man hours doing things twice, and not once did we charge them twice. They also decide they would get storage bin and we had to take all the furniture out from rooms and take them out of the house that was not on the bid. We put most of the floor tile and were unable to finish at the time and date as I sighned the agreement Mr. [redacted] took me a few days before deadline. at the beginning they had no deadline but Mrs [redacted] had her sister move in with them and Mr. Ridder did not want them staying at his home so we got pressured in finishing and got missed treated and yelled at by both Mr.[redacted] and Mrs. [redacted]. I also had a quote from home depot for $ 1700 ON COUNTER TOPS installed they went another way and got them for almost $2100 a almost $400 difference. And they deducted from what they owed us . It was one thing after another they also wanted the electrician to do more where he did and still owes my electrician money . The more I helped them the more they wanted for free. Mrs. [redacted] was very rude and demanding for expensive material that we did not agreed on the bid. I had to fire the floor guy for other reasons and she demanded me to hire him back I told her I had my reasons and would not hire him back.. I did most of it and finished as much as I could the day they went with a paper for me to sign for a deadline and were talking about a few days before. I had just set the tile we get there the next morning to find all this people walking in and out working on the ac. for 2 days they were there and the [redacted]s didnt bother to let us know that kept us from going in to finish . We tried to help out since it was our first project and to help them out becouse they said they wanted everything cheap and ended up being a money issue becouse she wanted expensive things. I did allot of things for free and still she wanted more expensive things that was not what we had agreed on the bid. I have sent you every reciept and totalsus why here...
