Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I fired him because in the plus weeks they were supposed to be working on the bathroom that he said would only take days to complete, they would get there after 10am only to work a few hours without the proper tools or supplies that I had already paid for Some or most days just not showing up to the job site and having to hunt him down everyday I paid for mold treatment that was a complete scam and want my money refunded to me [redacted] does not know how to operate his business and lies and scams people The pictures he submitted of the before were not even of my restroom And the job was not completed, not even percent completed I have receipts and proof of what I had to pay for materials and labor to have job completed Monies that I had already paid *** *** I feel that he should be responsible for refunding me my money I signed a waiver not wanting the mold treatment and was not refunded that money that I paid him regarding the so call mold problem I have a copy of the signed waiver and proof of payment for the mold that was not treated The tools were left just past my property line and I left a message for them to be picked up They were gone so I assumed they picked them up I'm not responsible for his tools Regards, [redacted]

SOUTH TEXAS CARPET CLEANING ** ** *** *** ALICE,TEXAS *** *** *** *** came to our office on 5/5/around 11AM and came screaming that where was *** and *** and I told her *** was next door with the landlord and she went all mad and *** and landlord were
outside and *** told her that he would talk to her in a little bit and she came back inside very very mad and being verbal abuseing and I told her *** was going to be late that he had a emergency and that he had said he will be there at 2:00PM and she said well how come his wife doesn't handle the emergency and I told her his wife doesn't drive and he needed to handle itBut that he will be there at 2:00PMAnd that he had said he would be working late to make up those hours and I told her that her shower would be finish by tomorrow and she said no there are fired because Its being weeks and I told her that week was for mold and she said that we could have use bleach and I said no you can't use bleach for all the walls and attic had mold the shower from the bathroom was leaking for years because whoever did that shower before it didn't have a shower pan and every time they would shower the water would go to the bedroom closet and before *** told her if she didn't want to take care of the mold then for her to sign a waiver that South Texas Carpet Cleaning wasn't responsible and she said okay so I made a waiver for her to sign it and then she change her mind that she wanted the mold taken care of first and we said okaySo for week was treating the mold on the walls and attic and inside the bathroom and then after week they started to demolish the whole bathroom *** couldn't help because he is hurt he was on a motorcycle accident and still on drcare but he would go and check and then after the bathroom was demolish she wanted for them to add a window to the bathroom so they said okay so they had to cut the wall so they could add a window we didn't charge extra for it and then the electricity wires were not good so *** had to get somebody to fix the wiring and *** told he was not going to take short cuts if he was going to do something he was going to do it right and she kept changing the tiles because it was going to be 2xbeige tiles and then she change her mind half way she wanted wood tile she Carne over here and I told her she needed to talk to *** so she talk to *** and *** said okay so half way its wood tile and then she change her mind again she wanted pebbles for the floor in the shower it was going to be 2xbeige so *** said okay again so she went and get the pebbles at southlands not *** she did, and the bathroom was 90% done and *** told her she needed a plumber but hadn't got one needed only the shower floor for the shower and to paint the wall and put the commode and vanity that all it needed it took time to cut the wall for the window she wanted to be put in the shower wall and that was not included but *** didn't charge her and when she came to the office and told me why *** didn't use bleach more the mold I told her you can use bleach on surface but for her to look it up so she can know I told her that I have already did some research and when you see mold In the walls and attic you need a professional to do ItAnd *** use Microban and Shockwave and I told her *** told you in front of me if she didn't want to doing that's okay but she was going to sign a wavier but she said noand she even has a balance of $ for the mold job and I'm going to send you the agreement she signand she said she was not going to pay it and she kept all of *** tools and the other worker tools and she doesn't want to give them back those tools are expensive and the other worker said his name Is *** said that he was going to make a police report on her I will be Emailing you the picture's she would come all the time to the office all mad and saying bad words in the morning where are the workers and I would tell her there on there way to her house that would ruin my whole day every time she came to the office all mad saying bad words because I don't like bad words and I would call *** and tell himAnd to talk to her because I was tired of she coming early in the morning all mad, And that that would ruin all my day and because I hated bad words and a week before that her boyfriend call all mad and telling me things and I told him I had nothing to do with this and he told me you lied for *** and I told him I don't Ile for nobody because I was taught by my parents not to Ile because at the end the true comes outAnd then *** took the phone away from himAnd said she was sorry of what her boyfriend had said to meAnd she said she was going to take this to ***office and I told her okay you are the one that you don't want for the workers to go anymore that they were firedAnd she did went and pick up a complaint form but she never took It back and I call the ***office and talk to *** *** and he told me that she never took the forms back and when she went he was going to talk to her, And *** lost a lot of money on the tools she keptAnd the other worker lost to because she didn't want to give the tools back and when the other worker *** call her he wanted his tools she told him the tools weren't there that her boyfriend had taken them out of townAnd *** had told her in the beginning that he was very busy but he would try to squeeze her In and she said okayHe does work for Dr's and lawyers and Realitors and they don't complain because they know *** doesn't like to take shortcuts he likes to do the job rightAnd other time late in the afternoon she came mad again to the office and said where is *** and I told her that I had receive a phone call from the S.SOffice that they needed somebody to come and do a water extraction because it had gotten flooded from the bathroom so I call *** so he went because that was an emergency so I told her that *** had gone to do a water extraction that he needed to do because it contained feces and she said that could have waited that she came first and I told her that when there is a flood he needed to take care of that so she got mad againAnd then she would call me again and would tell me I'm sorry Is that I forgot to take my medicationSo I would say okayAnd when *** got hurt because he was on a motorcycle accident I told her *** Is hurt well he needs to come and finish my shower and I told her yes the other worker is going over there and then she said Is *** going over there and I told her how can *** go over there he was just in a accident the night beforeAnd then she was always saying give me my money back and I would say okay and then she would I am rejecting this response because: That is not what happened.  I was promised by [redacted] the owner that the job would be completed in less than one week.  My home only has one restroom, so I had to move out and live with friends for over a month because all Mr. [redacted] workers did was gut the restroom on 04/15/2015 and leave for over 4 days, upon return only because I had to be on him everyday trying to get him on the cell.  He would ignore my calls and the only way to get a hold of him was to go to his office and have his assistant [redacted] call him from either her cell or the office phone to trick him into speaking with me.  The truth is that he does this a lot and has numerous judgements against him at [redacted] county court, he takes people money and either never finishes the jobs or just takes his sweet time, because after all, he has already spent all your money on something else not having anything to do with the job you hired him to do.  He will try to say you have mold in your home just to get more money out of you.  As confirmed by 2 of his employees.  He scams people and lies.  He's a crook and if I would have asked around before trusting this person, I would have been told by more than half the city of [redacted] that he's a crook.  He was using left over materials from old jobs to bring to my home, took the plumbing out and just covered it up with sheetrock without putting it back.  I had to hire a trustworthy dependable contractor, [redacted] to do the work which cost me another $3,000. Which Mr. [redacted] finished in less than four days all on his own.  That's a real professional contractor, I never had to be looking for him and he wouldn't ignore my calls.  [redacted] is a liar and a crook that did nothing but gut my restroom and take my money.  I want my money back. $2,852.50   Regards,

I'm responding to the letter that you send me on 6/2/2015 because she didn't want them there and she said that they were fired because they were running late and it was only 2 employees and [redacted] because [redacted] couldn't do nothing because he was in a motorcycles accident and he couldn't use his right arm and they Dr. told him he couldn't use his arm because of tore muscle's he had on his right arm and he has a Dr's excuse and I send you the picture's and she did have mold that bathroom had being leaking for years and every time they took a shower the water was going to the closet and master bedroom we just found out Friday by other contractor before [redacted] his name is [redacted] from Premont,Texas that she wanted for him to do the job and that he didn't do it because he notice that the shower had being leaking for years. And saw the closet in the bedroom and It was wet and the sheetrock was wet and he told her that if that shower had being leaking for years for sure had mold in between the walls and told me that's why he didn't do the job and that I quote she was weird and that she would say something one day and next day she would say another thing. So he said I didn't ever call her again and she is lying that It was use tile because she is the want that pick that tile. And she wanted a window added which didn't charge and we told her she needed a plumber a license plumber to do the plumbing [redacted] Isn't a license plumber and she told me that [redacted] could of use bleach to take care of the mold and I told her that bleach would not take care of the mold in the ductings and in between the wails and she said that the neighbor had told her that she would see [redacted] over there but that [redacted] was not putting chemicals for the mold and I told her how does your neighbor know since the neighbor was never inside her house she would only look through the window and she said because she knows and If [redacted] like she said everybody knew that he was a Her his customer's wouldn't come and ask him they wanted for him to the showers because we have picture's where he does very beautiful showers and like he told her I don't like to take short cuts if I'm going to make something I'm going to make sure that the job is done correctly and they gutted the bathroom that's when all the mold was there so 3. week was to make sure he kill the mold and like I told you that she wanted a window to be put there that was not included in the Invoice so they had to cut so they can put the window and he had to get somebody to fix the wires for the electricity because they were wrong and he pay the man and he didn't charge her extra that took time she even text me some picture's what tile she wanted and then she send another picture that no she wanted the pebbles on the floor of the shower and I have the text and no [redacted] wouldn't use old tiles and the brown tile that looks like wood floors she know that is not old tile she pick it herself and even the pebbles tile for the shower floor she pick it. That is why she won't take [redacted] to small claim court because they said that by the picture that bathroom was almost done just 1 day and a 'A more but she fire them because [redacted] the employee was going to be late the only 2 employees are [redacted] and [redacted] and they got upset because what she said and they said why was she lying and getting them involved and [redacted] said what she needs to do is give me my tools back because she kept [redacted] tools and [redacted] tools and that's a lot of money worth of tools and like [redacted] said I can't do jobs on my days off that they had offer because she kept the employee tools and he can't afford to be buying more tools and the 2 employees said that for her to tell them to their face because she Is lying. You saw the pictures and to kill the mold it can run in to the thousand's and she sign a contract for the mold and she still owes $ 700.00 dollars and she said that she was not going to pay. And she knows she pick those tiles and I told her the tile has different prizes. I have call the judge office if [redacted] has gone by and they said no that If she went they were going to talk to her because is the one that got mad that day because the worker was going to be late and I had told her he Is going to work late and she said no there are fire and [redacted] didn't answer some times because he was busy at the Dr. office of his injuries but I always answer my cell phone when she call and I would answer her Questions or the other employee would call her and she hadn't call a plumber yet how can they finish the bottom since she needed to her a license plumber to do the plumbing the employee [redacted] was not going to do it he is not license. And also [redacted] found the mold on 4-15-15 that's when he started to tear down because that day I made a waiver because if she didn't want to take care of the mold she had to sign a waiver. And she didn't want to sign she wanted the mold to be taken care of. And on 5/5/15 that's when she came mad to the office and fire [redacted] and employee's and for them not to step in her house. So that Is not even a month because I make everything in the computer. Thank You.
