Mr [redacted] knows that we cannot provide him with the expected speeds 24/We have offered numerous times to reduce his plan and price to one where we can deliver promised speeds 24/He has consistently refused and often threatened to sue us if we did lower his plan and price His service with us has been terminated effective 12/14/and a refund for the unused portion of the month will be refunded to his accountHe is free to look for service elsewhere -- [redacted] Proud home of South Texas Internet! Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I never threatened to sue South Texas InternetThat is a down right lieIf the speed packages he is selling are not attainable or sustainable, then are they even being offered? I consider speeds at Mbps unacceptable for weeks at a time and still being charged for MbpsThey have on several occasions offered to lower the plan to a slower Mbps plan or just cancel my serviceMy Mother in law has that plan and is getting similar slows speeds, so where would dropping my plan help me when the speed just isn't there? My service wasn't supposed to be dropped until DEC 31st, but in retaliation, of course they will cancel it on DEC The owner claims that we are the ONLY ones in his network that have issuesThat is not trueSEVERAL in the area are having problems and now that they know what course of action I took, I would expect more complaints.Attached are the average speeds I was gettingAs per his website, If you feel you are not getting at least 80% of your speed, to contact him Regards, [redacted]

The agreement *** signed specifically says they need to provide written email notice at least days prior to cancelling serviceWe do this so we have time to process their request, remove them from billing, and collect our equipmentMrs [redacted] called hours before the automated billing system was set to charge her account for the next month of serviceThere was not enough time to process the request and collect our equipment We have still not been able to collect our equipment from onsite yet

I consider speeds at 0.025 Mbps unacceptable for weeks at a time and still being charged 109.00 for 15.00 Mbps. They have on several occasions offered to lower the plan to a slower 6.00 Mbps plan or just cancel my service. My Mother in law has that plan and is getting similar slows speeds, so where would dropping my plan help me when the speed just isn't there? My service wasn't supposed to be dropped until DEC 31st, but in retaliation, of course they will cancel it on DEC 14. The owner claims that we are the ONLY ones in his network that have issues.
