I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [redacted] After waiting weeks for MrPiscitelli's response, which the Revdex.com received and forwarded to me yesterday, I find that it does not address any of the facts stated in my complaint, e.g: that he represents his company as a fulltime operation when, in fact, he has a fulltime towing job and his Revdex.com "A+ accredited" Piscitelli's All Pro Painting is something he does in his spare time entirely at his convenience; that the quality of his 1/hrs of work and lack of cleanup was awful, as indicated by the pictures attached to my complaint; that about sqftof painting does not comprise $worth of materials, etcHis response is no different from what he told me before I filed my complaint, which is that he would only return $of the $deposit he took from meIn fact, it's worse - he claims that I'm asking that he "should gove [sic] all the money back," when, in fact, the complaint clearly states that I asked him to return $of the deposit, and would still settle for thatHe can't even get my name right - it's [redacted] ***, not "mr [redacted] ." Unfortunately, this process has been a waste of weeks Please advise me as soon as your file is closed so that I may proceed down other avenues for redress Thank you

I rocco j piscitelli have hrs at hr plus materails on that job dollars was the deposite.the money left from the deposite after all said n done to the point I was fired I have left I gladly offered that back to mr denise n he was not trying to work anything out mr ***
insisted that I steal from all my customers n that I should gove all the money back I tryed numerous times to give him what was left from deposite n he was not trying to work with me at all im still willing to return the left from deposite after the time materails n gas anything more would be unjust to me n the work I performed hope to resolve this asap

Hello I received the email regarding mr [redacted] acceptance to the refund .I am refunding the deposite only because I want no issues with my company n its policys. I am not refunding it under the assumption that I did bad work or miss reprsentated my self or company  in any way . thank you. I will be sending check out to the residence buy the end of week.

Hello im rocco piscitelli owner of piscitellis all pro after reviewing all the efforts ill have to put in to going threw the processes I dont have time n id rather have a happy customer base .I am willing to settle on the 725.00 certified check to mr [redacted] just to get this all cleared up n move on . thank u hope we can resolve this from here

[redacted] After waiting 6 weeks for Mr. Piscitelli's response, which the Revdex.com received and forwarded to me yesterday, I find that it does not address any of the facts stated in my complaint, e.g: that he represents his company as a fulltime operation when, in fact, he has a fulltime towing job and his Revdex.com "A+ accredited" Piscitelli's All Pro Painting is something he does in his spare time entirely at his convenience; that the quality of his 3 1/2 hrs of work and lack of cleanup was awful, as indicated by the pictures attached to my complaint; that about 33 sq. ft. of painting does not comprise $200 worth of materials, etc. His response is no different from what he told me before I filed my complaint, which is that he would only return $400 of the $900 deposit he took from me. In fact, it's worse  - he claims that I'm asking that he "should gove [sic] all the money back," when, in fact, the complaint clearly states that I asked him to return $725.00 of the deposit, and would still settle for that. He can't even get my name right - it's [redacted], not "mr. [redacted]." Unfortunately, this process has been a waste of 6 weeks.  Please advise me as soon as your file is closed so that I may proceed down other avenues for redress.  Thank you.
