Unfortunately, I had a beyond terrible experience with South Texas Resurfacing ( Isai *** )
He resurfaced a bathtub for one of my Airbnb homes that I currently host for guests here in San Antonio TXAfter completing the job on June 30, which looked great at the time, I had kindly asked Isai to please provide a receipt, upon a full payment completion, and he said, " I dont have receipts with me" and he continued saying that he will foward the payment receipt that same evening ( never received )
Well, on July 10, at 6:39pm, I made a follow up with him, about me never receiving a receipt " Mind you" if your an Entrepreneur Investor I need to collect all the receipts for tax write offs Anyways, on July 24, at 8:42pm I texted him, in order to notify him that there was paint bubbles coming out of the bathtub, and it's just a matter of time the paint will soon peel off, and he kindly replied back on July 25, at 9:32am saying, that he apologized for his delayed response, and that he hoped that I received my invoice ( receipt ) including with the user care guide, and he mentioned not to worry, that I currently have a year warranty, and he also said, that he was just going to revise his schedule in order to book me, and fix the issueAt his point, I was thinking to myself " awesome" Isai will fix the issue, and at that time, I will also request my receipt that I've been asking for Well, on July 27th 2018, I had finally received my invoice ( receipt ) after almost a month, however its August 6th 2018, and he never responded or made an attempt to reach out to me, in order to fix the shotty job he started, and never returned to fix it Once again, I made " another attempt" to contact him, and he completely blocked me So that's that!!!
