Mrs*** purchased the Solar System through her son in law*** *** who at the time was working for STSS Said haShe went through a month process where she cancelled and then resigned and cancelled and resigned with her son in law. We had multiple expenses including
design CPS application and permits we also purchased the material for her job which he had to house and restockThen she went through the whole process with the bank where she received a home improvement loanAs you know these loans have a dealer fee we as company do not get the full amount the bank deducts 10-% and so when we went to reimburse herShe lost the dealer fees to the bank and we had to charge her for permits design and restocking fee as she agreed upon. I am disappointed the result has come to this but as you know when you sign an agreement you should keep your wordMrs*** can provide you with a copy of her contact

I am rejecting this response because:Once again, you do not have a signature on a contract between me and STSSJust so I have this straight: A loan was “approved” August 2, 2016, with higher interest ratesA loan I did not sign for, but you claimed you gave *** *** an advance on that loan you never receivedThat has nothing whatsoever to do with meWhat you pay or how you pay your employees is your businessNot mineThat is a risk you takeAccording to *** Villa, he said he told you that he would forfeit all commissions if I bought the panels, because he did not want to make any money off of the sell to meAgain, I never cancelled because STSS were looking for a lower interest rateThat’s just your wordNo proofI was denied times by banksI have that proofThen when I couldn’t get anybody to really come out here and talk to me about the products other than *** Villa, a traineeI felt like something was not rightI cancelled with STSS for the first time and was told to call *** and cancel with them tooBut they were already sending the check outYou still have not been able to produce any legal documents between myself and STSSWhat I am gathering from all of this, is that this is a vendetta against an employee, *** Villa, because you claimed you paid him in advance for something that has no bearing on me at allBasically on a loan approval that wasn’t signed forI’m assuming that when you got money from ***, you decided that was your chance to take money not legally yoursNot only that, *** claims it was not an advance paid to him, but for other sells he did for STSSHe also claims STSS still owes him back pay and you refuse to return any of his calls or pay himI also told him, you sent me a copy of his paycheck without his consentI know he is not an employee with STSS since all of this complaint started with Revdex.com startedI also received information that you refunded another family the full amount even though you actually have a signature on file from them with STSSYet you don’t have one from me on fileYou claim you put in a lot of work in thisI’m not disputing your hard workWhat you do is no different than any other customer that doesn’t get anything in the long runThat’s business and you know it does require work on your part to get people to qualifyIf they don’t, do you send them a bill to the denied customer that they owe STSS, because you put in a lot of hard work? The bottom line: No signed contract between STSS and *** ***No dealer fees, or restocking fees listed on the estimate ( that’s not signed) I have with me that I have already sent to youSee the estimate againI never signed an agreement for any of your terms you are claimingThere is no signed agreement between, myself and STSS for you to withhold or charge me any feesAccording to your statement you are withholding fees, because you paid *** *** in advanceWhich, again, has nothing to do with meI cancelled with STSS and *** as I was told to doDoesn’t matter how much work you put into something, you still took much more than a reasonable time to refund any of the money back to ***Which has caused problemsAgain, I see this as a vendetta against an employee that no longer works for youSo since you are going to go round and round with this, knowing you have no legal bearings, I have no choice but to take my next course of action.

I am rejecting this response because: I did not have a contract with South Texas SolarThey used an estimate to get loan that indicates not valid after days(July 22, 2016) I did not cancell during the processI was denied several times, due to not enough CreditIn the end, I cancelled for the first timeIf the Bank had not sent any moneys to them, would they still have chargesd me? There was no work up or other costAll I got was a picture of my roof indicating how many panels requiredThey did not buy the materials for my house in particular before getting the moeny from bankI am sending you the estimate which does not have my signature on the paperalso, other denials from bank, and a picture of the roof They took advantage of the money from the bankThen why did they take over month to reutrn it? In the mean time, the bank kept calling me because it was latethey can tell you anything they want, I am no body to them on disabiityIn fact my son in law in not on their pay rollThe company did nothing for meThey did not come when I wanted to speak to someone with experienceI only got my slaw, who was new at the time and hadn't been there very long when all this took place I have the estimate and a so call picture of the roofthat's itBut I will not stop until this is resolvedHe will have to produce a contract from South Texas, which he can not do.

Mrs. [redacted],The bank dealer fees have nothing to do with me: We don't get paid that money the bank keeps it and it never hits our bank account we never see that money. Do you understand? So that is something you can talk with [redacted]s bank about.  As for [redacted] I have nothing against him at all he is related to you and you all are running a scam on me getting him paid and trying to collect your money back he filled out a commission form for you he was your salesman not a trainee and he sold you the system you went through  three banks you and him were working together on it why would I send another sales person out.  You then signed off on the funds release from [redacted]s bank. At this point we were paid and 1 week later you cancelled. We have reimbursed what we can based on what we have spent on your project. Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because:
I am rejecting this response because:Again, none of the forms submitted have any of my signatures. It also doesn’t have any dates on the commission report. That could have been written anytime by anyone. It does not prove that I received any services. I have not received anything from South Texas Solar (STSS). Payroll check does not mean that it was commissions from any purchases of the solar panel. The loan was not approved until September 14, 2016 and this payroll check is dated August 5, 2016.Now on an even more serious matter. STSS, by law, not allowed to send anybody’s paycheck for any reason to anybody without a written consent from the employee, or a court order, which they do not have. That is confidential information restricted by law. STSS was trying to get the lowest interest rate. The one they sent you was high. I was denied by Greensky and even twice from [redacted], from 2 different people. I could give you the names but I’m not at this time for obvious reasons. Early September STSS got [redacted] to approve loan with lower interest rates. So why would they pay [redacted] any money August 5th not knowing if I was getting the panels or not? South Texas Solar is willing to settle for 1000.00, but I’m not. I want all the loan money including any late fees and interest sent back to [redacted] and now I need a letter sent to the credit bureau and [redacted] that this was all a mistake. I will also need a copy of those letters showing good faith on their part. After all said and done: no matter how many cancellations, or extra hard work on their part, or how much paper they had to print, etc. STSS has not been able to produce any signatures that indicate I agree to pay any fees, which are not even listed on form. What I'm gathering from this is that STSS is charging for free estimates. STSS took a very long time to refund the partial dollar amt. that they sent back to [redacted], causing the them to harass me for payment. I have proof of that. I sent the loan company all information that STSS does not have any of my signatures for them to receive any money from any loan company. My next step is taking this to [redacted], since they recently investigated another solar company for how they were doing business. Then I will let my attorney handle it. I just thought this could be resolved in a civil matter, because that’s all I want. So I will continue to pray as I have been doing, not only that this work in my favor, but that STSS does the right thing. I just believe that something happened along the way that caused all of this. I am on disability & on limited income. I’m hoping I can get this resolve ASAP before my next course of actions. Thank you for your time in this matter. Regards,
[redacted]

Mr. [redacted] Purchased a 3 kw solar system and paid full price. When you purchase a small solar system it inflates the price because you need an inverter I explained it to the customer. He continued to call and complain and request free panels. He then called our office and started complaining and the...

situation got escalated to the point where I had to get involved. I went to his house. Mr. [redacted] used profain language as well as out right racist comments. complained about the government pretty much about everything.  Still at the end of the day I told him I would give him FREE Modules when we had extra  overstock modules and free time. NEITHER  we have had since we don't do inventory but twice a year...It was also 5 weeks ago. If you look at his roof he cannot fit the modules he wants.  Take care.

Mrs. [redacted] here is when you were originally approved. We received a report from [redacted] your son In Law he requested an advance on your sale it was given months later you cancel and it seems like a raquet also you signed then and never went through with loan until October.
