Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 10, 2016/05/02) */ The day that we received the complaint I talked to both [redacted] and her husband [redacted] who is working in [redacted] The next morning I received and e-mail from [redacted] telling us that she acted in haste by sending a complaint [redacted] , and felt after talking to her husband that we would be taking care of her problemI thought at that time the complaint had been droppedJust a follow up on what has transpired since that timeWe put [redacted] in a loaner vehicle the next day Saturday and took her vehicle in to be testedWe completed the original service that parts were on order for and started testing her vehicleI actually drove it two night to and from work to test it further, the only issue we found after the initial work was done was a small tick in the motor first thing in the morning when the engine was cold for about seconds, than it would go awayAfter discussing this with our techs and [redacted] service specialists, we found the problem and replaced the partThe ticking was gone and there have been no further problems with the vehicleDuring this time I was following up with [redacted] by both phone and e-mailWe also added one year of warranty to [redacted] 's vehicle at our cost to thank them for their patience while we found the problem with their [redacted] We returned their [redacted] last Monday, April 25, [redacted] their salesman talked to [redacted] on Wed, everything was going great, I plan to contact her tomorrow to also follow up [redacted] Sales Manager Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (2000, 12, 2016/05/03) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) I have had my vehicle back since Monday April and things have been going wellI have had no issues with the vehicleMy husband and I are satisfied with the response that we received from [redacted] and staff at Discover Kia and appreciate the extra time and care that they have put into itWe did receive an extra year warranty which makes us feel more comfortable in keeping the [redacted] as well as a factory remote start

I have had my vehicle back since Monday April 25 and things have been going well. I have had no issues with the vehicle. My husband and I are satisfied with the response that we received from [redacted] and staff at Discover Kia and appreciate the extra time and care that they have put into it. We did receive an extra year warranty which makes us feel more comfortable in keeping the [redacted] as well as a factory remote start.
