South Tulsa Carpet & Tile

My wife and I just closed on a new build that South Tulsa Carpet and Tile was the contractor for all the tile work. We had dreamed of a giant master bath shower that we paid an extra $5100 just for the tile work. All the other tile in the house we upgraded for another $1000 in extra costs. I do not know how much the builder paid for tile but our overages were over $5k. Instead of getting a beautiful new shower and tile job, we got the worst tile job I have ever seen. Most of the floor and shower tiles aren't flush and the worst part is the grout is EVERYWHERE! Supposedly the guys that actually installed everything were fired...at least that's what our builder told us. When we complained and asked them to at least clean up the grout we were told that all would be better by the time we closed. As far as we can tell the only thing that was changed was a couple tiles that were replaced and the grout left. DO NOT USE THEM...EVER!!! Now I have to rip it all out and do it myself.
