I am rejecting this response because:Sunshine is nothing but a shady dealershipYes he finally got the brakes and rotors but for days of did nothing but non stop call and text himHe said he was going to get them several times and then never answered his phoneHe never gave me any money for the mirror why would I take money to order the mirror and I pay the shippingHe told my father in law that he would have everything fixedThe car has been nothing but a hole in my pocketSo he got the brakes and rotorsI had to take it to shop to get put on and the mechanic called me and said all the struts were no good and if I didn't change soon I would have bigger problems down the roadThe front struts alone cost over dollarsI put new tires on the car and one of the rims is bentWhen we bought the car he told me the car was perfect except for the air bag lightNow I am a man of my word so when I tell someone something I make sure it is trueHe is a scamSo tires cost me I have to replace a wiper arm because a week into owning the car the wiper stopped working that was The front struts alone are not including the back which are probably another to So I basically will have half of what I paid or more into this carThis is far from over this car is perfectIf I would of known all this is would of never of bought the carBut once again someone like himself that screws people out of there money and just keeps doing it and doing it just keeps getting away with itHow do you sleep at nightI don't have over dollars to fix the struts so I have to risk driving potentially injuring myself of someone else because I need the carThanks so much sunshine motors

received your letter about the complaint of Mr*** *** and really sorry to say that, but this person lying in every word he said.1. On 12-26-sold *** *** to this guys with $(not $3200) and the value of this car on K.B.Bover $and he knew that so he came from
Philadelphia to Columbia which is over hours drive because of thatWhen he bought the car the airbag light was on and he knew that and we put that on the bill of saleAbout the mirror before he left the shop did show him on eBay this mirror and it was with $and I gave him that money to order it and receive it on his address because this was more easy than if I order it and resend it to himAfter he brought the car he drove it to Philadelphia and it was more than hours driving so if anything was bad on the car I think that this trip was enough for him to knowOn 2-10-he called me and said that he took the car to the shop and they told him the car need brakes and rotors all the way around the car so I said the warranty cover only the engine and the transmission so you can bring the car and I will fix it for youHe said no it is a long trip send me the parts and I will put it with myself and I said ok and I did that only to keep my customer happy because he bought this car from almost months ago so I don't have to do thatOn 2-12-ordered the parts from the closest Advance Auto Parts from him by my phone and paid $from my cardThe send him a text message to go to the store and take it and he went and got it and send me a message that said "thanks for keeping your word and the shop told me that the car needs struts in the front but I will fix it and after that I received your letter and found that he complained on the same day so he thanked me and complained on the same day really do not know howAt the end this guy is working in cars but I don't remember if he said in a junkyard or a warehouse for partsSo when he came here he checked out everything in the car and he know exactly what the car needs and he accepted that due to the price of the car but these kind of people always look for someone else to pay them moneyWhen he bought the car his father in law paid him over $from the price and now he want me to fix it and really I don't know if the car need that or not because I didn't see the car since he bought.Finally, I am waiting for your decisionWasem LM*** Owner of Sunshine Auto Group LLC
