Review: My 2011 [redacted] was in pristine shape until after I had it parked by South Hampton's Valet service on Sept 16 at the [redacted] fundraiser event. I am not accustomed to having my car parked by a valet, it was late and I did not check the car to see for damage because I didn't think to check. I parked my car for the next few days and then noticed the week after that the front left bumper had been scraped and paint is missing. The headlight cover had also broken. I did not scrape the car and my husband did not use the car either.I called the South Hampton Valet and spoke to the owner Alice Marie G[redacted] who said I called too late to complain. She claims that she asked the valet drivers if they had done it and they said no. She says that I am out of luck because I waited to long to say anything. I am surprised that she does not believe me and says there is nothing to be done. I'm sure that the company has some kind of insurance to cover such incidents but apparently I am not to believed because I waited 4 days to say anything. I did not notice it until 4 days later and mostly the car was parked those days.If this company cares about their customers, they should believe their customers and do their utmost to address the problem. It is probably not an expensive job to repair the car but the owner refuses to believe what happened. The headlight plastic is broken and the red paint is scraped.First there should be in place a check of the car and the customer should be told to check their car before and after. Secondly, I would appreciate getting my car fixed and have their insurance pay for it. That's why there is insurance.Desired Settlement: I would like for South Hampton to contact their insurance company and fix my car. I will be happy to provide pictures.
