We should have walked away the first day we stopped to look at campers. This experience has been nothing but lies and headaches. Our brand new 2016 camper has been in the shop for FIVE WEEKS for repairs and today we are informed that wrong carpet was shipped. Another TEN days they say.... Horrible Experience!!!
Everything started out great. I took my newly purchased used AirStream motorhome in for some repairs. I told them the maximum amount I was willing to spend was $3,000. They kept me informed of how much things would cost to fix. After reaching my initial amount I told them to stop. Then my wife & I looked at a used Fleetwood Excursion they had. We reached a deal on trading the AirStream. We were approved for a loan & put down a large down payment. We were [redacted]ed to remove our personal belongings from the AirStream. The first thing that I looked for was my Garmin GPS & my Bose sound link speaker. They were missing and I informed my sales associate. He assured me they would check security cameras and they would replace the stolen items. After many weeks had passed I finally got my replacement items. After inspecting the tires on the Excursion we noted some dry rot cracks. We made a deal for us to pay for 6 new Michelin tires. I asked who would be installing the tires and was given a business name that they dealt with. I drove over to look at the tires. The fellow showed me the new tires and I noticed they were considerably smaller in size. Almost 6" in cicumference and much to small to safely handle the size of my Fleetwood. I refused to purchase them.
I next purchased a large bag chair from the dealership. When I opened it at home I noticed that one of the grommets was broken. I took it back to the dealer and was told they would order me another one.Well many weeks passed and they finally called to say they had my new chair in. I went and picked it up but when I got home & took it out of the carry bag I noticed that it was not new. The bottom plastic that sits on the ground was really scuffed from sitting on concrete. I took it back there immediately to show them. That's when Michael M[redacted] one of the sales managers walked by and I showed it to him and he agreed it was not a new chair. He said it was probably one from next door that had been used as a demo. I explained that I paid for a new chair and that's what I wanted. His response was,"really,really really. Next his response was that I had been a problem to them since I brought my old AirStream in for repair. He said they had me figured out as the type of person who goes around to business's and rips them off.This is after I had spent nearly $80,000.00 dollars with them. I find this very shallow minded coming from a so called sales manager.
Hopefully this will help future buyers steer clear and find some other place to purchase from.

Southaven rv is not what they say they are . They are in to sells not service . I will never do business with them again . If you do good lock
