Everything started out greatI took my newly purchased used AirStream motorhome in for some repairsI told them the maximum amount I was willing to spend was $3,They kept me informed of how much things would cost to fixAfter reaching my initial amount I told them to stopThen my wife & I looked at a used Fleetwood Excursion they hadWe reached a deal on trading the AirStreamWe were approved for a loan & put down a large down paymentWe were ***ed to remove our personal belongings from the AirStreamThe first thing that I looked for was my Garmin GPS & my Bose sound link speakerThey were missing and I informed my sales associateHe assured me they would check security cameras and they would replace the stolen itemsAfter many weeks had passed I finally got my replacement itemsAfter inspecting the tires on the Excursion we noted some dry rot cracksWe made a deal for us to pay for new Michelin tiresI asked who would be installing the tires and was given a business name that they dealt withI drove over to look at the tiresThe fellow showed me the new tires and I noticed they were considerably smaller in sizeAlmost 6" in cicumference and much to small to safely handle the size of my FleetwoodI refused to purchase them I next purchased a large bag chair from the dealershipWhen I opened it at home I noticed that one of the grommets was brokenI took it back to the dealer and was told they would order me another one.Well many weeks passed and they finally called to say they had my new chair inI went and picked it up but when I got home & took it out of the carry bag I noticed that it was not newThe bottom plastic that sits on the ground was really scuffed from sitting on concreteI took it back there immediately to show themThat's when Michael M [redacted] one of the sales managers walked by and I showed it to him and he agreed it was not a new chairHe said it was probably one from next door that had been used as a demoI explained that I paid for a new chair and that's what I wantedHis response was,"really,really reallyNext his response was that I had been a problem to them since I brought my old AirStream in for repairHe said they had me figured out as the type of person who goes around to business's and rips them off.This is after I had spent nearly $80,dollars with themI find this very shallow minded coming from a so called sales manager Hopefully this will help future buyers steer clear and find some other place to purchase from

Southaven rv is not what they say they are They are in to sells not service I will never do business with them again If you do good lock
