Review: I have used south beach dry cleaners for the last year bringing my hospital lab coats there weekly to have dry cleaned. Two weeks ago when I went to pick up 2 of the four jackets that I need for my job he said they were not ready. I went again two days later and again they weren't there. Finally I was told the lab coats were lost. I gave him another week to track and find the coats. When I called the store no answer. I went to the uniform store to get a receipt for the lab coats including embroidery needed on the jackets and brought it to the store. The [redacted] was not there and I left it with the worker a total of $81.98. I had said to the worker to have the [redacted] call me and he never did. my fiance went to the store for me to speak to the [redacted] and again he was told he wasn't there. He told the worker to call me and now another day went by with no response. I feel he thinks if he avoids me he doesn't have to reimburse me for the lost merchandise that I need for my job in the hospital.Desired Settlement: I need you to contact the business and help me get the reimbursement of my lab coats of $81.93. These lab coats for a part of my mandatory dress code for my management position.
