I purchased a package deal for approximately [redacted] I was unable to use the card and was unable to receive any refund or credit for it I purchased a package deal that included oil changes and other servicesWithout using it once, I ended up purchasing another vehicle that included oil changes and repairs for free So essentially the package deal I purchased had no value to me I contacted the place of business to receive either a credit for other services, or a full refund I was told that I would not receive eitherI assured them I would use the money towards gas for the dollar amount, but for them to take [redacted] from me and I get nothing in return is unethical
We had [redacted] do several home remodeling projects for usWe were happy with the firstWe had another few done and were less satisfiedThen we hired him to remodel our kitchen and that was a disasterNo one showed up for work, [redacted] did not answer calls or return messagesA week project took months! He would sometimes stop by and make promises and I sit at home for days, waiting on workmen who never cameThe ones who did eventually did show up did very shoddy workWe had to have our new heart of pine floors pulled up and replaced because the guy had not allowed them to acclimate to the houseAt the end, [redacted] asked for his last payment and like the naive fools we can be, we extracted his promise that he would put our project on the fast trackHe never again showed up, he abandoned our projectI got calls from other irate customers, but I only had the same storyWe had to hire another contractor to finish our kitchen [redacted] put several of his subs out of business for work done and not paidNow, we find that we are having to spend a lot of money for work that he did poorly or not at allStay away from him at all costs!
